How does it work: Environment, Evolution, and Electricity

Environment - By utilizing your surroundings and choosing your environment, you create a unique and effective training experience. Workout in the places that inspire you the most.

Evolution – If you have ever become bored with your workouts or reached a plateau, this system is for you. Current training methods use a limited amount of muscle groups and a restricted amount of movement. dcRopework evolves these methods by incorporating exercises that involve stabilization, acceleration, and deceleration in a variety of body positions and planes of motion. Also, dcRopework evolves itself: new exercises and workouts will be added to our database in order to continuously challenge your body and build your exercise arsenal.

Electricity - dcRopework challenges your mind and body to work together as one, resulting in a more powerful athlete. You will engage a key component that most workout programs fail to address. That component is the nervous system, the electrical system for your muscles. It is impossible to achieve maximum strength unless you stimulate and challenge your nervous system in conjunction with your muscular system.
